Our Story
Saving Lives of Tomorrow Empowerment Organization (SLOT) was founded in 2019 in Migori County, Kenya by passionate young leaders who recognized the challenges facing adolescents, youth, and vulnerable communities. Through a vision of creating a healthy and empowered generation, SLOT was established to provide opportunities through mentorship, health education, sports, entrepreneurship, and community development initiatives. Over the years, the organization has reached thousands of young people, partnered with schools and communities, and continues building pathways for resilience, leadership, and sustainable transformation.

Benard Odhiambo
Executive Director
Mr. Benard Odhiambo is the Founder of Saving Lives of Tomorrow Empowerment Organization and a community development and social work practitioner with expertise in youth empowerment, education and sports mentorship. Through mentorship, sports and community engagement, he promotes social inclusion and sustainable community development. He is also the Founder of Benarzole Brand, which provides business mentorship and entrepreneurship guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals.
Mr. Daniel Osunga
Project Coordinator
Mr. Daniel Osunga is an experienced counselor committed to youth wellbeing and development. He provides counseling, mentorship, and guidance, helping young people build confidence, resilience, make informed decisions, and overcome personal, social, and emotional challenges.
Mrs. Damacline A. Okoth
Health Program Lead
Mrs. Damacline Ayieko is a dedicated health professional experienced in community health, education, and patient care. She promotes healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and healthcare access through awareness programs, counseling, and outreach initiatives supporting vulnerable communities.

Health and Wellness Coordinator
Raymond Aringo is a Health and Wellness Coordinator, gym instructor, and team-building facilitator specializing in fitness, health promotion, and wellness training. He empowers individuals and communities through coaching, leadership, and healthy lifestyle programs.

Resource Mobilization Officer
Mr. Joshua Oduor is a Resource Mobilization Officer skilled in fundraising, grant writing, and partnership development. He identifies funding opportunities, builds partnerships, and supports programs focused on community development, youth empowerment, and sustainable organizational growth.
